Running belt for iphone with otterbox?

I run marathons and have an iphone 4. I have ruined 2 iphones trying different armbands / running belts. I bought the otterbox for my phone and would like a belt, not an armband to use but I don’t want to take the otterbox off to put the iphone in. I can’t use the clip that came with the otterbox or I’d be bleeding at the end of the race. I like the Tune Sport Belt on amazon but I think you have to take the phone out of the otterbox to use it. Does anyone know of a good running belt that you can put the iphone in with the otterbox?

I’d have gotten a small ipod a long time ago to run with. less weight to carry…
